I don’t sleep well because I think of what might happen if I speak up for myself. Even though this negative overthinking stresses me out, I need to be prepared for if they happen.

I wake up anxious because I answer my emails before I get out of bed. If I don’t do this, I might lose my job or not be up for a promotion.

I don’t shower or meditate before I care for my kids because if I put myself first, nothing will work well and I’ll have to deal with the chaos later.

My schedule runs my life, and I don’t know how to add-in time for me. If I don’t follow the plan, the sh*t will hit the fan. I need to keep being on-the-go for my work and my family.

I feel like I got trapped in this “work is life” routine and I don’t know how I got here. This is not sustainable.
If I keep going, I’ll burn out.

How often have you been in these situations?
